Hebrew for “head of the month” – is the monthly holiday that celebrates the arrival of the new moon. Our intergenerational group provides for all female identifying and non-binary individuals thirteen and older, a place to meet, form bonds, find meaningful ways to worship, and contribute to our community.
The November 20th gathering will welcome in the new month of Kislev. Kislev occurs at a cold, dark time of the year, but also a month leading us to the light of Hanukah. We have planned small and large group activities to help us get to better know each other and to help us prepare for the sometimes-complex emotions brought on by the holiday season. We hope you will join us to welcome in the new moon of Kislev. Please RSVP directly to this email or to julie.chevan@gmail.com. If you're so inclined, bring a snack to share! As always, newcomers are welcome.
Stay tuned for details about our first full day Shabbaton scheduled for Saturday, January 10, 2026!
