The schedule for the day:

10:30 a.m.                    Leave CMI for shopping

12:00-1:00 p.m            Set up CMI kitchen

1:00-3:00 p.m.              Cooking

3:15-4:00 p.m.             Clean up

4:00 p.m.                       Load food into cars and head to Columbus House

4:30-6:00 p.m.              Serving at Columbus House
